HTC Sensation Special Edition is the luxury version of the popular smartphone HTC Sensation, equipped with faster processor and Beats technology for a superior audio experience.
The installed processor is Qualcomm 8260, a dual-core model at 1.5GHz, helped with 768MB RAM. To install the applications we have available 4 GB ROM memory, up from 1GB as standard.
For the amount of $850 we will also receive 8GB internal memory, 1730mAh battery for extended range and an intra-halo headset with superior performance. The Beats headset by Dr. Dre, with a retail value of approximately $119, includes a small wireless remote mounted, which can change songs without having to look in your pocket.
The rest of the specifications listed by HTC Sensation Special Edition model remain unchanged. The device comes with Android 2.3 Gingerbread and the interface HTC Sense 3.0, rendered at 540 x 960 pixels resolution on the surface of a capacitive screen of 4.3-inch with S-LCD technology.
Its 8MP camera has a dual-LED flash and can shoot at 1080p. Above the screen we can find a second VGA resolution camera used for video calls.
HTC Sensation Special Edition could be officially announced in the coming days at the IFA 2011 event.
